Durant leur période d'élevage de 4 mois les canards profitent de nos grands parcours herbeux. Leur alimentation est composée de blé, maïs et pois que nous cultivons à la ferme. Nous pouvons ainsi garantir un aliment 100% naturel.
A l'âge de 14 semaines, les canards Mulards seront gavés 2 fois par jour durant 13 jours. Le gavage est réalisé au maïs grain suivant la tradition et le respect de l'animal. Calme, douceur et expérience sont les éléments essentiels afin de réussir cet engraissement.
